Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Evaluations

Certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations meeting all requirements and standards for compliance with US DOT return to work process.
Includes initial comprehensive assessment and diagnostic interview, Initial Evaluation Summary Report, follow up evaluation interview, and Follow Up Summary Report.
All required reports and supporting documentation of current licensure and certification are provided directly to the individual and to the employer.

Clinical therapy from a systems and trauma focused perspective, based on compassion, empathy, and empowerment using a cognitive, behavioral, and cognitive-behavioral approach incorporating elements of Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and other therapeutic techniques.
Group services are in development, and plans are to include a variety of group services, including substance abuse, anger management, and general process groups.
